GRAGEPOLITAN-Persoalan sewa lahan dan rumah susun (rusun) periode 2020-2022 antara Akademi Maritim Cirebon (AMC) dengan PD Pembangun (PDP) Kota Cirebon, akhirnya mencapai kata sepakat.
Kepastian tersebut setelah
pada Kamis 14 April ini,
diadakan penyelesaian dan penandatanganan kontrak pemakaian sewa lahan dan rusun antara kedua belah pihak.
“Allhamdulilah pihak AMC bersedia melakukan pemenuhan kewajiban terhadap PDP atas biaya sewa yang dibayarkan sebagian tunai Rp 500 juta,” kata Dirut PD Pembangunan Kota Cirebon, Dr R Pandji Amiarsa SH, MH usai pertemuan, Kamis 14 April.
Pertemuan digelar di ruang Ketua Dewan Pengawas PDP, Darajati Immanullah S.Sos. Tampak hadir DirOps PDP Darmun SE Ak MM PIA dan dari pihak AMC diwakili langsung Ketua Yayasan AMC, Ricci.
Ia menyebutkan, untuk sisa biaya sewa periode 2020-2022 ini akan dibayarkan melalui cek bertahap hingga lunas.
Dimana keseluruhan total biaya sewa adalah sebesar kurang lebih Rp. 1,1 miliar.
“Dengan adanya kesepakatan yang terbangun ini, AMC kini memiliki kembali legalitas pemakaian lahan dan rusun hingga bulsn Oktober 2022,” paparnya.
Menurutnya, setelah sebelumnya sempat ditutup PD Pembangunan, kini akses kegiatan AMC kembali dapat dibuka seperti biasa.
Sementara itu, seperti diketahui, pada Kamis 31 Maret lalu, akses jalan masuk AMC di kawasan Dukuhsemar, Kota Cirebon, disegel PDP dan Jaksa Pengacara Negara karena tidak ada perikatan kontrak.
Di mana untuk cicilan 2019 dan 2020, sampai dengan 2022 tidak ada perikatan hukum dan kontrak sewa.
Sepanjang perjalanan hingga 2022, AMC lebih fokus mencicil tunggakan lama, tetapi mengabaikan kewajiban untuk legalitas kontrak baru.
Jadi ada dua persoalan. dengan tidak adanya kontrak hukum ini, dilakukan penutupan akses aktivitas AMC.
Sementara, pihak AMC saat itu berencana bertemu dengan pihak PDP dengan difasilitasi Jaksa Pengacara Negara.(G-05)
