GRAGEPOLITAN – Dua orang Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) asal Kabupaten Majalengka, Krismayanti (28) dan Cucu Nuraeni (25) menjadi korban penyanderaan dan penyekapan.
Pelakunya diduga PJTKI nakal yang berkantor pusat di Provinsi Jawa tengah. Adapun kedua migran tersehut sempat bekerja di Singapura.
Menurut Usri Ibu dari Krismayanti, anaknya berangkat ke Singapura dan sempat bekerja selama sebulan.
Ia berangkat ke Singaura pada bulan Juni tahun 2022 dan hanya sebulan kemudian kembali pulang pada 22 Juli 2022.
“Anak saya itu bekerja di Singapura sekira satu bulanan. Penyebabnya karena ada masalah pekerjaan, akhirnya pulang sebelum masa kontrak kerjanya habis,” paparnya, Sabtu (6/8/2022).
Hal serupa juga disampaikan Eman Suherman orang tua dari Cucu Nuraeni. Menurutnya anaknya terbang ke Singapura pada 19 April 2022 dan pulang
30 Juli 2022.
Kedua keluarga migran tersebut merasa kebingungan saat terima kabar anaknya dipulangkan dari Singapura.
Namun ternyata kepulangannya tidak langsung ke rumah. Dari bandara mereka dibawa ke PJTKI pusat di Jawa tengah.
Karena kebingungan, kedua orang tua migran tersebut mengadukan persoalan tersebut ke salah satu LSM di Majalengka.
Setelah mendapat pengaduan, Divisi Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat LSM tersebut langsung mendatangi kantor PJTKI bersangkutan.
Merekapun memproses kedua migran tersebut, serta melakukan pelaporan pengaduan ke instansi terkait.
Di antaranya, ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Majalengka Bidang luar negeri, UPTD Pengawasan Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Jawa barat dan BP2MI wilayah 3 Cirebon.
Ketua LSM Penjara Indonesia DPC Majalengka Ari mengatakan
“Kedua migran tersebut berangkat ke Singapura untuk bekerja melalui salah satu PJTKI. Namun keduanya tidak mampu meneruskan kontrak kerja karena pekerjaan yang berat dan hampir tidak mengenal batas waktu,” kata Ari pimpinan LSM.
Akibatnya mereka kemudian dipulangkan oleh Agency dengan biaya sendiri. Namun sesampainya di bandara Soekarno Hatta mereka dijemput pihak PT dan selanjutnya dibawa ke kantor pusat PT tersebut di wilayah Jawa tengah.
Mereka tak diijinkan pulang ke rumah hingga sudah sepekan lebih. Pihak PT disebut-sebut melalui direktur utamanya meminta ganti rugi kepada kedua migran tersebut.
” Dari pengakuan Krismayanti pihak PT meminta ganti rugi Rp 35 juta, dan kepada Cucu Nuraeni minta Rp 25 juta,” imbuhnya.
Ia berharap agar pihak PT segera membebaskan dan memulangkan kerumahnya masing-masing serta tidak dibebankan untuk pengembalian biaya karena pulang dengan biaya sendiri.
“Kedua migran itu pulang biaya sendiri dan walaupun tidak sampai selesai kontrak tapi sudah berupaya bekerja di luar negeri, namun nasib berkata lain,” tandanya.
Setelah melakukan pelaporan ke beberapa instansi terkait, pihak LSM kembali mendatangi Kantor Cabang PJTKI dan mendapatkan kesepakatan.
Diantaranya pihak PT menyodorkan rincian keuangan sejumlah Rp 16.175.000 untuk masing-masing migran.
Kemudian pada Sabtu (6 /8/2022) malam kedua migran bisa dipulangkan dengan selamat.
“Kita akan terus kawal permasalahan migran ini dengan pihak PJTKI dan mencoba memediasinya, sehingga dapat menemukan solusi yang terbaik bagi para pihak,” pungkas Ari. (***)
